Our story

ALLROUNDA Property Services officially commenced operations in April 2026, but the business is backed by several years of hands-on industry experience across contracting, concrete polishing, general handyman works and outdoor property maintenance.

We set out to build a reliable, solution-focused business capable of handling a wide variety of residential and commercial jobs. Today we’re proud to be a growing, community-focused part of the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region — taking on the jobs larger companies overlook and delivering personalised service to every client.
